In stock orders are generally shipped within 48 hours from when your order is placed. Orders are shipped on a stock available basis. In the event that we are missing pieces in your order, we will provide an estimate as to the product’s future availability. Please use the convenient shopping cart found at www.lexonusa.com. We will contact you via email if there are any delays associated with your order.
PRICING AND MINIMUM ORDERS
All prices and sales are based in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.
First time minimum order is $300. Re-orders minimum is $150. Back orders under $60 net invoice will automatically be cancelled.
TERMS
First orders are prepaid with a credit card. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Afterwards, new customers are subject to credit terms based on an acceptable and approved credit application. Service charge of 2% per month may be applied on unpaid balances.
RETURNS
Only product defective due to faulty materials or workmanship will be accepted for replacement or credit. Merchandise to be returned must have been purchased no more than 90 days (3 months) prior to the date of return. All returns must be identified with an RTV number, to be requested by writing to ZAP at rtv@lexonusa.com.
If the product is a watch, only the movement is covered under the guarantee.
There will be a 15% restocking charge, plus shipping charges to and from our warehouse, on all merchandise returned for reasons other than product defect or errors.
We will issue a credit memo once the merchandise has been received and checked against the packing slip with the assigned RTV number. No debit memos, please.
SHORTAGES/ERRORS
Any claims for damages, shortages or errors must be reported in writing within 24 hours after receipt of order.
SHIPPING
FOB origin is Miami, Florida 33133. We ship via UPS, other methods are available on request. Drop shipments are available, subject to a handling charge of $7.50 per location plus freight and insurance costs.
